Singapore Insights: “Without Culture, There is no Future for Cities”
The SIF organised the latest edition of Singapore Insights: ‘Without Culture, There is No Future for Cities’ on 1 March 2017 at the National Museum of Singapore. We brought together panellists from the Public, Private and People sectors to share insights into the role of culture in sustainable urban living. The half-day session explored how culture can influence our approaches towards community development and how everyone can play a role towards a sustainable future, through a panel discussion, breakout sessions and an artist sharing.
This session was made possible with our session collaborator, ArtsWok Collaborative, venue partner, The National Museum of Singapore, and our network partners Embassy of Japan, Embassy of the United States, EuroCham, High Commission of Canada, Malaysian Association in Singapore, Orchard Road Business Association, The British Club, Yale-NUS College and Yale-NUS Global China Connection.
