ASEAN Conference on Social Entrepreneurship

Inclusive Arts Movement, YSE 2013 alumnus, delivering a beautiful opening performance for the conference.

The conference started with a panel session on the topic of: ‘The Significance of Social Entrepreneurship in the Context of the ASEAN Community 2016’. It was moderated by Ken Ito, Regional Head of East Asia for Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (far left). The panellists were (second from left) Ambassador Ong Keng Yong, Chairman of Singapore International Foundation, Alfie Othman, Executive Director of RaiSE, and Laina Greene, Associate Director of ACSEP.

Changemakers from all over ASEAN, including teams from SIF’s Young Social Entrepreneurs programme, collaborated during interactive breakout sessions and workshops to work on tangible cross-border projects.
