For those who guessed books, you were right! IT learning facilities too! The SIF's Words on Wheels mobile library, in partnership with the General Sciences Library, sponsored by Keppel Land Limited, will bring the joy of English and cross-cultural learning to over 3,000 school children in Ho Chi Minh City.
