Vietnam – Singapore Promote People-to-people Diplomacy / VTV

The Singapore International Foundation (SIF) and the Vietnam-Singapore Friendship Association (VSFA) formalised their partnership with the signing of Working Minutes, reinforcing their commitment to collaboration in climate action, youth engagement, and sustainable development. The signing builds on an MOU inked in March 2025 and reflects both organisations’ shared goal of strengthening people-to-people ties.
